Please use the address that best matches your request. All support and safety messages are handled at:

For child-safety matters, our published standards are set out in our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

How to report a user

Open the user’s profile, use the menu (…) and choose Report. You can also report a user you met in video chat using the in-call report button, which ends the session and blocks the person. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

How to report content

Use the Report button on a post or comment. In direct messages, use the report option on the conversation or a specific message. Video-chat sessions can be reported from the in-call controls. You can add details and, where supported, voluntarily attach evidence such as a screenshot.

How to block a user

Open the user’s profile and choose Block, or use the block option in a chat or video-chat session. Blocking stops the user from contacting or interacting with you. You can unblock a user later from your profile settings.

How to request account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm with your password. If you cannot access your account, email Account Deletion at support@vibechat.co.ke. See our Account Deletion page for details about what happens to your data.

How to appeal moderation

If your account was suspended or banned, your content was removed, you believe a moderation action was incorrect, or you need assistance with a safety issue, email us at support@vibechat.co.ke. Include the email address (or username) linked to your account and a short explanation. We review appeals carefully; not every appeal results in restoration.

How to report child-safety concerns

We have a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation. If you suspect that a child is being exploited, or that someone is attempting to harm a child on VibeChat, report the user or content immediately in the app and email our child-safety point of contact at support@vibechat.co.ke. We take such reports seriously and, where required, refer confirmed cases to the relevant authorities.

How to request general support

For anything else — account access, login or technical issues, questions about our policies, or feedback — email General Support at support@vibechat.co.ke with a brief description of the issue and the email address or username linked to your account.
